Answer to Question 1

Ethics

Answer to Question 2

An inference is a logical conclusion that the jury may or may not make. Circumstantial evidence can be used to prove mental state, intent, motive, means, modus of operandi, and concealment. Inferences in circumstantial evidence can be inaccurate or ambiguous and the jury must way the probabilities and conclude the circumstantial evidence. Scientific evidence is generally classified as circumstantial evidence.
