Is there a signed computer usage policy in place that prohibits unlawful behavior and notifies the employees that they have no reasonable expectation of privacy because the property is of the employer?

Does the policy also notify the employees that all passwords are accessible to the employer and can be revealed to law enforcement for cause in conjunction with an investigation?
