Answer to Question 1

Fifth

Answer to Question 2

Nearly every suspect identification procedure can be flawed in some fashion, some more than others. When the investigator conducting a lineup knows who the suspect is, he or she can unintentionally (and even intentionally) influence the witness and thereby taint the identification procedure. Also, if the witness is led to believe that the officer feels a suspect is in the lineup, the witness might feel a need to identify someone who most resembles the actual perpetrator. Lastly, the suspect might stand out and make the identification look too suggestive.
