Police arrest a man who killed his son. At the station house, police allow his wife to speak to him, but tell her that they will record the conversation. During the conversation the husband makes an incriminating statement.
 
  The statement is admissible because no interrogation took place. Indicate whether the statement is true or false

Question 2

A police officer stops a driver for speeding and asks him how fast he was going. The driver says he was going 20 miles over the speed limit. The driver's statement is inadmissible because Miranda warnings were not read.
