Explain how the term plain view means something different in criminal procedure than in everyday use.
 
  What will be an ideal response?

Question 2

Police enter an apartment without a warrant and seize drugs in plain view. At the same time other officers obtain a valid warrant, unbeknownst to the officers who entered without a warrant. The warrant is executed and stolen goods are seized.
 
  The drugs are admissible. Indicate whether the statement is true or false
