In Schneckloth v. Bustamonte (1973 ) the Court gave the following reasons for ruling that a person need not be informed of the right to refuse to consent to a search, EXCEPT
 
  A. Police would have no other way of getting evidence
  B. A consent search would clear an innocent person
  C. It is difficult to prove a person's subjective understanding of rights
  D. Fourth Amendment consent is a waiver of rights
