Answer to Question 1

Knockoff

Answer to Question 2

The plus size markets includes women's sizes 14 and up. The larger sizes include 14W to 24W.
The W, which stands for Woman, and further sizes extend to 24W to 34W. For years the only
types of fashion available to this market were oversized robe styles and mumus.. Today these
customers are demanding fashionable, flattering and comfortable fashion. Companies such as
LandsEnd, LL Bean, Limited, Eddie Bauer, Chico's, Ralph Lauren, Nicole Miller are creating
separate and flattering designs for many of the plus market sizes. Saks Fifth Ave offered sizes up
to size 18 in their designer lines per customer requests. All of this does prove to be a challenge
for designers and manufacturers as plus size designs are not easily adapted from traditional sizes.
Stores are also adapting by increasing dressing room sizes, product placement, departments
devoted to women's sizes etc.
