Through observations, meaningful conversations, examining childrens work, speaking with the family.

Display photos of children and families, show images of both men and women doing a variety of jobs, have images of people with disabilities, have toys and materials that include diversity and ethnic difference, have opportunities for children to see or hear different languages and cultural music.
