ANSWER: If it is a disclosure of child abuse, follow policies for reporting. If it is information that is private but of no consequence to the childs development, keep the information confidential by whatever means necessary.

Answer to Question 2

ANSWER: Find out what language is spoken in the home. Learn to correctly pronounce the childs name. Acquire important words and phrases like Hello, Here is the bathroom, Would you like to eat? Make sure that family communication is translated into the familys language.
