Answer to Question 1

ANSWER: c

Answer to Question 2

A teacher might change a book, poem, or rhyme whenever the change will meet a need or purpose identified by the teacher. For example, when doing a creative dramatic activity based on a book, a teacher might add characters to the story so that each child can participate. A teacher might also delete or modify a specific part of the story that is judged to be not developmentally appropriate in an otherwise fine tale.
