The aggressive child who starts fighting with another child during storytime should never be removed from the group as it makes him or her feel left out. Defend or refute this statement.

This statement should be refuted. When the behaviors of a child pose a danger to the health and safety of other children, the situation must be addressed immediately. While activities deemed to be dangerous can often be addressed early, a situation that has progressed to a dangerous point needs to be handled directly, although as quietly as possible.
