Ms. Bonkers is a 27-year-old female who tripped over a brick. As she tried to break her fall, she somehow cut her hand and sustained a laceration at the base of her fifth finger on the palm side. She sustained no other injuries. The procedure performed under local anesthesia was 2.5 cm simple repair of a laceration of the left hand.
