How is the oxygen storage ability of a catalytic converter tested?
◦ Comparing upstream O2S (oxygen) sensor voltage with downstream O2S Sensor voltage.
◦ Monitoring the EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) Valve
◦ Monitoring the output of the Evaporative Purge Canister
◦ Comparing ECT (engine coolant temperature) censor voltage to CKP (crankshaft position) sensor voltage
