Knowledge-attitude-behavior model-providing information about drugs. Surveys found that students with more knowledge about a drug were more likely to be users. Affective education avoided specific discussion of drugs, worked on values, alternatives, and personal-social skills. Appeared to be ineffective; didn't present a clear enough anti-drug message.
