Why is it considered unethical to ask a vendor to beat another vendor's price quote?
◦ The first vendor did not get the chance to counter offer
◦ It is not unethical, just good business
◦ The purchaser may be tempted to lie to get the price down
◦ It puts the second vendor in an awkward position
