Nedra is a 16-year old girl who is overweight for her height and body frame. Nedra
  often feels depressed, and gorges herself on sweets as a means of coping with her
  sadness.
 
  After Nedra binges, she feels ashamed and berates herself for losing control.
  To compensate, Nedra fasts for the next two or three days by only drinking water.
