Determine where the given function is concave up and where it is concave down. 

f(x) = x3 + 12x2 - x - 24
◦ Concave up on (-∞, -4), concave down on (-4, ∞)
◦ Concave down on (-∞, -4) and (4, ∞), concave up on (-4, 4)
◦ Concave up on (-4, ∞), concave down on (-∞, -4)
◦ Concave down for all x
