Suppose that the temperature T, in degrees Fahrenheit, during a 24-hr period in winter is given by
T(x) = 0.0023(x3 - 39x + 240),  0 ≤ x ≤ 24, 
where x = the number of hours since midnight.  Estimate the relative minimum temperature and when it occurs.  Round answers to the nearest hundredth, if necessary.
◦ 0.35° F at 3.61 hours after midnight
◦ 0.33° F at 0.33 hours after midnight
◦ 0.34° F at 3.61 hours after midnight
◦ 0.37° F at 0.37 hours after midnight
