You have been dispatched to a residence for a patient with an "unknown injury." When you arrive it is apparent that the patient has been shot, and the scene inside the house doesn't feel right. Others inside the house are fighting and you spot a gun on the kitchen table. What should you do?
◦ Quickly treat the patient and transport, call law enforcement en route to the hospital.
◦ Move back to your ambulance and call for law enforcement.
◦ Ask the others in the house to step outside then hide the gun.
