Effect of Prices on the Marginal Rate of Substitution

The graph shows the effect on consumption after a decrease in price for soap.

Assume that Q1=15, Q2=19, Q3=25, Q4=7, Q5=13, and Q6=18. At the original price, Sally consumes at point A and after the price change, Sally consumes at point C.
