What volume (L) of H2 is formed at STP when 6.0 g of Al is treated with excess NaOH?
         2NaOH + 2Al + 6H2O → 2NaAl(OH)4 + 3H2(g)


Question 2

A piece of copper metal was added to an aqueous solution of silver nitrate, and within a few minutes it was observed that a grey crystalline solid formed on surface of the copper. The solution turned a blue color characteristic of copper(II) ions.Write the balanced chemical equation for this reaction.
