They may make sales goals in terms of units or change from a previous time period. Second, they can try harder to please their customers. They may do this by creating loyalty programs or offering customization and personalization. Third, they can try to reposition the brand. This may happen through better promotional communications, new advertising strategies, or different means of distribution. Finally, companies may set goals about broader social concerns like human resources, internal marketing, or social concernscharities, social justice issues, etc.
