Answer to Question 2

B. The franchise fee may vary both within and across franchise systems. Most often any variance is based upon the number of units contracted to be opened and operating. The greater the number of units to be opened and operated, the franchisor may offer a lesser fee for each new opening, based upon negotiation between franchisor and franchisee.
