12 mL
The client weighs 60 kg. 5  60 = 300 mg. (125 mg/5 mL) = (300 mg/X mL); 125X = 1500; X = 12.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: C
Bactrim will produce an increase in the client's BUN and creatinine levels.
