When working with clients who have come at the request of someone else, it is important to:
 
  a) Tell them not to come and have the person that is requesting it come
  b) Tell them that the goals of therapy will be what the referring person wants
  c) Try to figure out what it is they want out of therapy
  d) Try to end therapy as quickly as possible
