served in general education classrooms, partnerships are needed by special and general
educators. Peer tutoring is an effective way for two children to work together in the
learning situation. In collaboration, classroom teachers and special educators interact to
find creative solutions. In co-teaching, two professionals deliver instruction to a diverse
group of students in a single space.
