A merged separation agreement:
 
  a. Becomes a court order allowing for modification and judicial enforcement.
  b. Does not become a court order and therefore no contempt action can be brought for violations.
  c. Incorporates the agreement into the final decree as a separate contract.
  d. Allows only ordinary contract remedies for breach.
