However, without access to similar documents, each member of the legal team may be forced to create from scratch a document that already exists. One way to address this issue is create a Forms file that everyone can access, but cannot Save to. For example, the form for a lease may be made available to all members of the team, but each can add data and Save it to a file for a specific client.
