including: Title III and the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
(FISA), PATRIOT Act. Students should then take a position on whether the existing laws are too lenient or too strict or strike the right balance on police actions. Answers should relate to existing case law and the purpose of the Fourth Amendments search and seizure provisions.
