Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

When the Report Wizard completes, it shows the report in Print Preview. Report view provides an interactive view of your report where you can filter data or copy data from the report to the clipboard. Layout view allows you to change basic design features of the report while the report data is showing. Design view allows you to change many aspects of the report design but you do not see the data in this view. Print preview is the view that allows you to see exactly what your report will look like when printed. In all views except Design view, you see the data.
