Answer to Question 1

Answer: Cesarean birth is a surgical birth which involves making an incision in the woman's abdominal and uterine walls through which the baby is removed. They are often necessary when there are complications at the end of pregnancy during labor, if the baby is breech, if the mother is obese, or as an elective choice.

Answer to Question 2

Answer:
The first stage includes loss of mucus plug, breaking of the amniotic fluid sac, effacement, and strong contractions. The ending phase of this state is known as transition where cervix will dilate to 10 cm and the baby's head is at the head of the birth canal.
The second stage includes the fetus moving through the birth canal, the baby's head appearing at the vaginal opening, and birth.
The third stage is the expelling of the placenta.

Though Candida and Aspergillus species are the most common fungal pathogens causing invasive fungal disease in the immunocompromised, infections due to previously uncommon hyaline and dematiaceous filamentous fungi are occurring more often today. Rare fungal infections, once accurately diagnosed, may require surgical debridement, immunotherapy, and newer antifungals used singly or in combination with older antifungals, on a case-by-case basis.

Though methadone is often used to treat dependency on other opioids, the drug itself can be abused. Crushing or snorting methadone can achieve the opiate "rush" desired by addicts. Improper use such as these can lead to a dangerous dependency on methadone. This drug now accounts for nearly one-third of opioid-related deaths.
