Answer to Question 2

Why is it important to consider what is lost as well as what is gained when changes occur in your life? 1 point for any of the following or similar:
- No decision is based on perfect information; if you don't acknowledge what is lost by a change, you might later be wracked by guilt or remorse
- It will help to change if you acknowledge and grieve the losses
- To acknowledge and silence the nagging voice that says I told you so
- Those who acknowledge what is lost by a change are more likely to be able to celebrate what is gained
