Answer to Question 1

True

Answer to Question 2

Aerobic exercise requires the maintenance of a pulse rate between 60 and 90 percent of a person's maximum heart rate. The maximum heart rate is calculated by subtracting one's age from 220 . Physical benefits of aerobic exercise include improving blood pressure, strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Psychological benefits of aerobic exercise include lower levels of stress, better mood, and better cognitive functioning. The best way to maximize the benefit of such exercise is to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle early in one's life, rather than needing to recapture healthy living during mid-life years.
