Answer to Question 1

20 to 40

Answer to Question 2

Hourly rate make it more difficult for the shop to be competitive for common jobs; does not allow for a upfront estimate to be given which is required by law in most states.
It does have the advantage of allowing the charge to the customer for the actual time needed in complex and difficult repairs that are outside the norm.

There are major differences in the metabolism of morphine and the illegal drug heroin. Morphine mostly produces its CNS effects through m-receptors, and at k- and d-receptors. Heroin has a slight affinity for opiate receptors. Most of its actions are due to metabolism to active metabolites (6-acetylmorphine, morphine, and morphine-6-glucuronide).
