Answer to Question 1

The likelihood of the day not going as planned is likely.
The dispatcher must be able expect unexpected delays and changes and be able to make the necessary adjustments before they become a crisis.

Answer to Question 2

The dispatcher touches and significantly affects every repair order daily.
He/she will determine the efficiency of the repair shop.
