b. Objective. Subjective statements should be avoided, because the reader will use the report to make decisions that affect the welfare of the organization.
c. Information. The report must contain facts and figures.
d. Decision making and problem solving. The reader needs the report in order to make intelligent, well-informed business decisions and to solve problems.
