FALSE
The typographical error there would not be detected by spell-checkers. Spell-checkers will
not locate a missing word or a misused word if it is correctly spelled.

Ideally, proofreading is a team effort. Both the typist and the writer should carefully proofread
each document. The final responsibility, however, definitely rests with the writer.
