Define willful misconduct.

Answer to Question 1

Willful misconduct is defined as the high level of fault that disqualifies an outof work worker from unemployment benefits. Even if the conduct is clearly willful and wrong, it still may not be enough to disqualify the applicant for unemployment benefits.
