Answer to Question 1

Something more than Internet contact is needed to subject a cyberspace company to the jurisdiction of courts in the states where it has customers: the presence of inventory, property ownership, or the presence of salespeople would be sufficient.

Answer to Question 2

Businesses should be technically accurate in their advertising, but they should also ensure that their advertising is not misleading or giving a false impression. For example, the CD that advertised, All songs by original artists gives the impression that the tracks are recordings of the artists who originally performed them. In reality, the songs on the CD were performed by a group called, The Original Artists. Technically accurate, but misleading and unethical.
