Answer to Question 1

You are a life saver.

Answer to Question 2

Capitation, which literally means per head, pays providers a flat amount per member per month, regardless of what services the patient uses. If a patient comes in many times, or not at all, the provider receives the same payment. This method is most often used by HMOs.
