Neurologist is consulted to visit patient in nursing home. Patient is status post stroke and has expressive aphasia. A one-hour Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Exam is performed including interpretation and a written report to the convalescent physician. No other services were provided at the time.

Question 2

Patient presents to her primary care physician without a scheduled appointment with chest pain and shortness of breath. She collapsed in the waiting room and the physician performed CPR. Patient was then transported to the hospital.
