If a claim is received by the IPA and it is incomplete, the IPA will:
 
  a. deny payment.
  b. extend prepayment.
  c. request additional information.
  d. pay the claim.

Question 2

If a member of an MCP has met all contractual agreements (e.g., premium paid, seen an in-network provider, and paid any contractual copayments), the provider:
 
  a. is required to continue the contract with the patient.
  b. is required to pay the claim.
  c. cannot charge the patient any additional amount for services provided.
  d. cannot be paid.
