The Index uses two types of Main Terms for procedures. What are they?
 
  a. Name of the Root Operation
  b. Common procedure name
  c. Eponyms
  d. Both a and b

Question 2

Because physicians are NOT required to use PCS terminology:
 
  a. coders should query physicians for clarification
  b. coders must read the physician documentation and equate it to the PCS definitions.
 
   c. the facility may lose money if the coder isn't familiar with PCS terminology.
