Answer to Question 1

C
The most common bone fracture in the newborn infant involves the clavicle. This fracture occurs during delivery when the shoulders of the infant do not rotate easily. Palpation of both clavicles can confirm crepitus or a separation between the ends of the bone at the fracture site. Symptoms of fractures are swelling or edema at the fracture site, a bruise at the site, or infant irritability when moved.

Answer to Question 2

A
This is the definition of a cystocele. Rectocele is the prolapsing of the rectum into the posterior wall of the vagina. Enterocele is a herniation of the intestines through the vagina. Uterine prolapse is a falling of the uterus into the vaginal vault.
