Presence of burning with urination and increased vaginal discharge may signal the presence of STD such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. Increased vaginal discharge does occur during the third trimester, usually upon rising in the morning. While this information is important, it is not the best answer. Last time the client had a bowel movement will not affect vaginal discharge.
