In New Zealand the Section 88 contract requires that the LMC provide the following:
 
  a. a minimum of seven postnatal visits as an aggregate of home and postnatal facility visits.
  b. between seven and ten home postnatal visits.
  c. a minimum of ten postnatal visits including the postnatal facility visits.
  d. individual discussion with the woman with the number of postnatal visits depending on her requirements.
