Managers should be rotated to different assignments to obtain the maximum benefit from international experience. In general, moving expatriates from one subsidiary to another will offer a valuable exchange in information to be sued as input into the control function. Finally, the company should train the employees and inculcate a management culture that is consistent with company goals and objectives.
