Norazi agents deal with parallel imports. Complementary export agents represent a variety of manufacturers. Import jobbers are not agents. Manufacturer's representatives are agents that usually represent the manufacturer exclusively in a market. The manufacturer's rep acts as the company's sales representative and is paid on a commission basis.
