Due to middleman groups taking advantage of economically desperate individuals, many of those who sell their organs on the black market find themselves in similar situations as this:The man who sold his kidney only received 6,000 for it, while the woman who received it paid 60,000. The seller was put up in a safe house in South Africa, while the buyer recovered in a beach house.
