After 2 minutes of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) at 4 cmH2O, you see no improvement in the respirations or SpO2 level. You would:
 
  A) stop the CPAP and begin to provide positive pressure ventilation.
  B) place an oral airway and continue the continuous positive airway pressure.
  C) continue CPAP as is and monitor the patient for another 2 minutes.
  D) increase the continuous positive airway pressure to 20 cmH2O.
